Berry-Delicious Smoothie Recipe

With the warmer days we've been having here in Massachusetts, I've been obsessed with making fruit smoothies on the weekends. They are so refreshing after a workout or even just delicious to have in place of your morning coffee!

Here is one of my favorite recipes that I recently made:

Berry Delicious Smoothie

1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
1 apple
2 cups of ice
2 cups of water


I threw everything in the blender and kept the skin on the apple to get some extra nutrients!
I always opt to put water in my smoothies instead of almond milk or yogurt, because I frankly can't afford the extra calories.....

You can definitely cut the recipe in half if you’d like. I had a good amount leftover and was able to pour the rest into mason jars and refrigerate to enjoy for the next couple of days.
