Bachelorette Recap!

If you follow me on Instagram (@khemp827) you will probably notice that I had TWO Bachelorette parties over the last few months (I know, I'm SUPER lucky!).  My only sister and Maid of Honor lives in a different state than me, so I had a smaller Bachelorette the weekend of my bridal shower and then a weekend get away to Martha's Vineyard with some of my best friends.

Both weekends were freaking amazing!  Here's a recap of my Bachelorette Weekend in Martha's Vineyard:

We ended up staying at the Wesley Hotel which is located right in the heart of Oak Bluffs on the waterfront.  We lucked out and got a water view room right at the end of the hallway:

Hanging out on the emergency stairwell (not sure we were supposed to be out there..)

Yes, we had a selfie stick and it was the most comical thing EVER....we made random people use it all weekend.

Thanks for the free shots:

Saturday Morning we woke up and headed to breakfast at Linda Jean's in Oak Bluff's.  I opted for the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast and a Watermelon Mimosa.  The Watermelon Mimosa is definitely a must and was a great "hair of the dog" drink choice.

The girls surprised me with these adorable "Brides Mates" shirts.  You can buy them here:

After the beach, we headed back to Oak Bluffs for some lunch and hit up some bars

A popular spot in Oak Bluffs that we hung out at a lot is Nancy's Restaurant.  There is a great view of the Harbor and they are "famous" for a drink called the "Dirty Banana".  Pretty sure it's just a mudslide with a banana in it.  After I was drunkenly making friends with the hostess and bartenders they told me a little secret that the drink is even more amazing with coconut in it.  They were right!
Too bad they aren't calorie free!

Saturday night, I'm not sure how, but we all managed to make it out to dinner to the Red Cat Kitchen.  The Red Cat is located in Oak Bluffs and is rated the Number 1 restaurant on the Vineyard according to Trip Advisor.

We ordered the Brussels sprouts to start and then I opted for a Moscow Mule and ordered the Chicken and Waffles!

They were both amazing.

After dinner we hit up some bars in Edgartown!

Let's just say that I have been hitting the gym hard ever since we came back!

Did you have your Bachelorette party yet?
